Arsenal Targets Ghanaian Star Mohammed Kudus
Arsenal is working to secure the signing of Ghanaian star Mohammed Kudus. The English giant could make an official bid in January, with West Ham demanding £80 million for the talented player.
According to manager Mikel Arteta, there is a gap in individual quality within the Arsenal squad, and signing a versatile forward like Kudus could significantly address this issue.
Liverpool is in excellent form this season, and Arsenal may struggle to stay in the title race unless they strengthen their squad. West Ham United had previously set Kudus’ release clause at £85 million, but reports suggest they might be willing to let him go for £80 million.
Kudus is arguably West Ham’s most important player, but selling him could provide the club with the funds to bring in several reinforcements. This transfer could potentially be beneficial for both clubs.
Kudus can play in multiple attacking positions and is also capable of operating as an attacking midfielder. If the transfer goes through, Kudus could challenge Gabriel Martinelli or Leandro Trossard for a starting spot in the team.
