While searching for a solution to this problem, emphasis is placed on finding an effective, financially feasible, and realistic approach.

Eligible businesses for the application must have an African founder, be a legally registered entity in Africa, have been operating for at least 3 years, and offer technology-based solutions. Additionally, the entrepreneurs must be citizens of one of the African Union member states.
