Africa’s largest international competition, the CAF Champions League, will hold its 2024/2025 season group stage draw today in Cairo, Egypt. The draw format will be as follows: teams will be divided into four pots based on their CAF rankings, and teams from the same pot cannot be drawn into the same group.
The teams that advance from the groups will face off in the quarter-finals. Last year, Egyptian team Al Ahly FC won the tournament by defeating Tunisian team Esperance 1-0 in the final.
