The third annual CEO Women Conference, organized by ON AIR GROUP in collaboration with Egypt’s Health Care Authority, will take place under the patronage of Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly. The event will begin on Wednesday, October 30, and will bring together over 300 female CEOs and leaders from 30 Arab and African countries, including 70 top executives from leading investment firms across various sectors.
The conference will explore the intersection of public health and the economy in the age of artificial intelligence. The theme for this year’s edition, “The Future of Healthcare in Egypt,” will focus on the relationship between the healthcare sector and financial institutions, emphasizing female leadership in health management, policy development, and community health investments.
Mona Mourad, founder and CEO of the conference and ON AIR Group for Investment and Project Management, emphasized the significance of women’s leadership in healthcare and innovative investment opportunities. The event will also highlight the role of AI and modern technology in shaping healthcare’s future and sustainable investment.
One of the conference sessions will examine the role of financial institutions in supporting development projects, discussing topics such as innovative financing mechanisms like sukuk and green bonds, and the importance of fintech in reducing costs. The challenges of financing emerging markets, particularly small and medium enterprises, will also be addressed, with a focus on aligning with sustainable development goals and global success stories.
On the sidelines of the conference, an E-ZONE for entrepreneurs will gather women-led startups in cybersecurity and AI sectors, facilitating economic networking and knowledge exchange. Workshops will cover key topics, including the role of fintech in transforming economies and financial systems, with a goal of driving economic growth and sustainable development through innovative entrepreneurship.
