Ethiopian Airlines has announced the suspension of all flights to Beirut indefinitely and to Tel Aviv until October 7th, citing the current security situation in the region.
In a statement released on Friday, the airline explained that the decision was made to prioritize passenger safety and adhere to guidelines from relevant authorities.
“Passengers are encouraged to regularly check flight statuses, as last-minute changes may occur. Ethiopian Airlines is offering passengers the option to cancel their bookings and receive a full refund.
For those who booked through travel agents, the airline recommends contacting the agents directly. Passengers who booked through Ethiopian Airlines can reach out via email at reservation@ethiopianairlines.com for further assistance.
While the airline regrets any inconvenience caused by the suspensions, it emphasized that ensuring passenger safety is its primary concern. The airline will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates accordingly.
Passengers are advised to stay informed about flight statuses and refunds through the airline’s official channels.” it said.
