Italian giants Juventus are looking to reshape their squad during the summer transfer window as they aim to become a strong contender in Serie A once again.
The team’s head coach, Thiago Motta, wants to bring in players who fit his playing style. At the top of the club’s transfer wishlist is Ademola Lookman, one of Africa’s best players and a key figure for Nigeria.
Additionally, some players are expected to leave Juventus. One of the main departures could be Serbian forward Dusan Vlahovic, who is likely to exit the club.
Arsenal, PSG, and Aston Villa have shown interest in the striker. Vlahovic has refused to sign a contract extension, and with only one year left on his current deal, Juventus are open to selling him.
However, Lookman has several suitors. Premier League giants Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal, and Chelsea are also keen on signing him. Financially stronger than Juventus, these clubs could offer a more attractive deal for the Atalanta winger.
Furthermore, Lookman is a natural winger, not a center forward. Expecting him to replace Vlahovic as Juventus’ main attacking option might not be the best tactical decision.
