Moses Wetangula, the speaker of the National Assembly, is being sued for not paying the Ksh281,000 balance outstanding for the German Shepherd dog supply.

In order to do so, Isoka asserts that he provided leashes, choke chains, training sleeves, grooming brushes, and four packs of Brave Active dog food.
Additionally, he states that he gave SpeakerWetangula five liters each of dog shampoo, kennel disinfectant, and a dog nail cutter.
According to documents submitted to the court, the total cost of all the products provided came to Ksh348,100.

Isoka stated that he was frustrated by the Speaker despite his repeated attempts to obtain payment, which compelled him to take legal action. The claimant bemoaned in court how the circumstances had negatively impacted his health.
