Lerato Pule, who took office as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the South African branch of digital infrastructure provider Liquid Intelligent Technologies in February 2024, has resigned. This marks the second time in two years that Pule has resigned from a position before completing a full year.
In 2022, Pule served as the Executive Director of Financial Structuring and Analysis and later became CFO of Cell C in 2023, before choosing to leave. She had previously held the same role in Telkom South Africa’s SME segment.
However, Pule is not the first executive to resign from Liquid Intelligent Technologies in recent times. Group Chief Technology and Innovation Officer Ben Roberts, who had been with the company for 22 years, and Liquid C2 CEO David Behr, have also left the company.
While working at Liquid Intelligent Technologies, Pule oversaw the company’s financial operations and helped shape its future vision. Pule decided to leave the company to pursue a different opportunity.
The company made the following comment on her departure: “The organization wishes her the best of luck in her endeavors and appreciates her contribution to the business during her time with us.”
