MIGUNA MIGUNA calls on Kenyans to chase RUTO from State House on Thursday by turning up in huge numbers, just like Bangladeshis do.
Tuesday, August 6, 2024. Miguna Miguna, a firebrand lawyer, called on Kenyan Gen Zs and the young generation to take to the streets in droves on Thursday to eject President William Ruto from State House.
The millennials and Generation Z have threatened to hold a “Nane Nane March” in the Nairobi Central Business District, CBD, on Thursday to demand the ouster of President William Ruto and his corrupt government. Gen Zs and millennials have pledged to stage a one million-man march to State House and force Ruto out if he does not quit by afternoon. This is similar to the pressure Bangladeshi citizens mounted on former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to resign on Monday.
Miguna, who had earlier equated the appointment by Ruto of his wife, Soipan Tuya, to the Cabinet Secretary for Defense with African dictators, urged Gen Zs and millennials to ensure Ruto steps down. “Soipan TUYA, Williams Ruto’s second and favorite wife, was illegally appointed Cabinet Secretary for Defense, making Ruto the DE FACTO minister of defense.
He seeks to MILITARIZE the State and personalize power in clear violation of the Constitution. “Ruto is adhering to the dictatorial plan of Kaguta Museveni. He now poses an existential threat to the values of constitutionalism, democracy, the supremacy of law, and sound governance.
Miguna said on his Twitter page, “Therefore, Kenyans must make August 8, 2024, Ruto’s WATERLOO, in military-strategic terms.”
