The UN Special Representative for Libya, Hana Tetteh, met with Arab League Secretary-General Ahmed Aboul Gheit in Cairo to discuss Libya’s ongoing political crisis and the urgent need to expedite preparations for general elections.
During the meeting, Tetteh provided updates on her recent discussions with Libyan stakeholders, emphasizing the crucial role of Arab League support in advancing the country’s political transition.
