Mauritania’s President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani highlighted the ongoing global crises.
He condemned Israel’s war of genocide against the defenseless Palestinian people, demanding an immediate end to the war. He reaffirmed the Palestinian people’s right to live with dignity and sovereignty within an independent state, with East Jerusalem as its capital, as outlined in the Arab Peace Initiative.
He also called for an end to Israeli attacks on Lebanon and voiced support for African efforts to uphold Libya’s sovereignty.
Reaffirming the importance of Sudan’s stability, security, and territorial integrity, he stressed that dialogue and reason must lead to an immediate end to the conflict and the humanitarian suffering of the Sudanese people.
He called for the security and basic human needs of the Syrian and Yemeni people to be met.
The President emphasized the collective responsibility of all countries to resolve global crises and work towards a brighter future.
